Our fully insured Rumbles van is a Renault Trafic which has been custom designed to provide the best environment for the transportation of Rumbles dogs as well as our own! The van is ply lined and fitted with non slip flooring throughout.
Crates
Our custom made dog transportation crates are incredibly strong and constructed on a single level so dogs do not need lifting in or out of the vehicle. They are fitted directly onto non slip matting with 20mm EVA matting in the bottom. This provides an insulated, soft, hardwearing and easy to keep clean surface which is kind on the joints. All crates have compression locks fitted and provide a safe and comfortable ride.
Ventilation
The van has no bulkhead fitted which means the dogs share the same air as we do. We also have a Flettner 2000 roof vent fitted which is recommended for use in animal carrying vehicles.
Digital Temperature Monitor
The rear of the van is fitted with a thermometer situated over the rear crates which monitors the temperature and displays it on a digital display on the dashboard. An alarm will sound if the temperature risesabove or falls below safe levels.
Ramp
We carry a non-slip ramp for both older and younger dogs and those recovering from an injury. This sturdy ramp holds dogs up to 90kgs.
